Evaluation combines a detailed history and examination with ECG, echocardiography and other investigations selected for the child's age and symptoms. Management may involve observation, medicines, activity guidance, regular monitoring or referral for catheter-based or surgical intervention. The department aims to support healthy growth, preserve heart function and help each child participate safely in everyday activity.
