About Our Department
Patients may seek care for tissue loss, scars, deformity, impaired function after trauma or cancer surgery, congenital differences or a considered aesthetic concern. Evaluation examines the affected tissues, health history and functional or appearance goals, with imaging and multidisciplinary review when complex reconstruction is planned. Options may include wound and scar procedures, grafts, flaps, microsurgical or staged reconstruction and selected non-surgical or aesthetic treatments. The department aims to achieve a safe, balanced result that improves function, appearance and confidence while setting clear expectations from the outset.
